An extract from the state register indicates that the owner of the property is the mother of KSU President Galina Tupitskaya. He was 73 years old at the time of purchase.

In Vasilkov, near Kiev, the judge’s family owns a farm with a swimming pool. House area – 211.4 square meters, land plots – 23 acres. The mother-in-law of the head of the KSU, according to “Schemes”, worked for a long time in a pharmacy in Donetsk.

“If you look at the territory from above, you can see that between Alexander Tupitsky’s land plot and the plots registered for his mother-in-law Larisa Kolpachenko, there is no fence, and this is a common territory, in which there is a large mansion and various structures additional, there is also a pool and a small pond “, – said in the investigation. Tupitsky property in Crimea

  • On October 28, the Schemes program reported that the President of the Constitutional Court, Alexander Tupitsky, in 2018 became the owner of a piece of land in the town of Koreiz in Russian-occupied Crimea, having drawn up a sale agreement under the law. Russian, but did not reflect this information on its property and income statement.
  • According to the RRB, in July 2018, as part of a group of people, the president of the KSU arbitrarily occupied a plot of land that was not assigned to him in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine and concluded a legal act, which recognized the powers of officials of the Russian authorities to record the alienation of the Ukrainian parcel of land and classify it under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation.
  • Therefore, in the opinion of the RRB, he may have committed acts to the detriment of the sovereignty, territorial integrity, state and economic security of Ukraine, which qualify in Part 2 of art. 197-1 (unauthorized occupation of land and unauthorized construction) and part 1 of art. 111 (high treason) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The pre-trial investigation has begun.
  • Tupitsky explained that he did not declare lands in Crimea because he did not know how to do it, and assured that it was his “only fault” that he did not go to the NAPC for this body to explain how to resolve this matter. He pointed out that the lawyers were involved in this issue and, “probably, they could not think of another way to solve the delimitation problems by creating the law of the sales contract.”
