Former US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has called for the abolition of the electoral college, which elects the head of the White House. The winner of the popular vote must be elected president, wrote the politician on his Twitter page.

“However, as long as (the electoral college) exists, I will proudly cast my vote in New York for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris,” the politician, who is one of 29 voters in New York, wrote on the social network.
