Health Minister Maxim Stepanov pointed to a significant number of COVID dissidents among those who have been diagnosed with coronavirus. He said this in a briefing on Friday, October 9.

Second, those people who have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 in their life, but who had pneumonia and died, are tested at autopsy, and if there is a virus, COVID, they are included in these statistics.
