In the early morning of December 19, boxer Gennady Golovkin, owner of the IBF middleweight belt, will attempt to set a historic record: for the 21st time to successfully defend the world title in this category. Experts and bookies believe that Sheremeta (21-0, 5 KOs), who knows no losses, but is “not shot” and does not have a powerful blow, has a minimal chance of success and tends to win. Golovkin’s (40-1-1, 35 KOs) early in the second half of the battle.
