In September, the price of gas without VAT and transport will amount to 4.3 thousand hryvnia per thousand cubic meters
NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine has announced the wholesale price of natural gas for heat producers to whom the state-owned company supplies gas under special responsibilities (PSO). In September, the price of gas will be 4,318.99 UAH per 1,000 cubic meters (excluding VAT and transport), 45% more than in August (2,979.16 UAH).

As a reminder, the government decree that imposed special obligations in the gas market (PSO) to Naftogaz as of August 1, 2020, stopped operating in terms of supplying gas for the needs of the population.
At the same time, in accordance with the government decision, Naftogaz is supplying natural gas to heat producers that are subject to the CA until May 1, 2021, and has entered into relevant contracts for the supply of natural gas.
Note that the gas supply company Naftogaz of Ukraine set the price of natural gas for residential customers in September 2020 at 4.70 UAH / cubic meter. m including VAT and excluding cost of distribution (delivery). Compared with August, the price of gas increased by 1,460 hryvnia (45%).
In addition, Naftogaz has raised the annual price of gas for the population. In the first two weeks of September, the annual price could be set at 4.73 UAH / cubic meter. m with VAT (excluding distribution costs). From September 16 to September 30, the cost of the tariff increased to 5.24 UAH / cu. meter.
