In public places, not yet. Even after the quarantine has been smoothed out, a mask mode is still mandatory for everyone. In addition, now all customers and employees of those institutions and services that will be able to reopen after the quarantine softening from May 11 will have to wear masks.

You should wear a mask even to cafes and restaurants that open their summer play areas; You can remove it only when you receive your order.

And in the park and with children on the site is now possible?

Yes, but not everywhere. Since May 11, the Cabinet lifted the ban on walks in parks, squares and recreation areas, which has been in force for more than a month. In this case, it is still necessary to walk with masks and no more than two people. (excluding parents with children).

However, large cities may have special restrictions.

  • Prepared meals can be given to customers exclusively in disposable tableware and in closed containers;
  • Giving the menu to customers is prohibited; must be published next to the place of issue of the orders;
  • Workers must wear medical masks and disposable gloves.

And visitors to cafes and restaurants should:

  • keep a distance online, waiting for a take-away order;
  • Do not enter the institution;
  • Comply with other established restrictions.

Since May 11, the Cabinet of Ministers has allowed beauty salons, hairdressers, manicures, and pedicures to function.

These are the largest contact of all services that can resume work in the first stage of quarantine mitigation, therefore The Ministry of Health has developed special requirements for such cases. For example, waiting in line will now have to be out of the cabin.

These are the main recommended rules:

  • Hairdressing salons, beauty salons, and other similar establishments can accept clients by appointment only;
  • the interval between visitors must be at least 15 minutes, and customers can wait their turn alone outdoors and observe a distance of at least 1.5m;
  • the distance between customer service locations must be at least 2m;
  • After each client it is necessary to carry out the disinfection and cleaning of the facilities;
  • no unauthorized persons should be in the cabin, except the teacher and the client (exception: a parent accompanied by children or an accompanying person for people with disabilities);
  • At the same time, there cannot be more than one person per 10 square meters in the room. area m;
  • At the entrance of the salon or hairdresser, a place for hand disinfection should be organized;
  • Clients must come in masks or respirators; employees: to work with disposable masks and gloves;
  • employees with a temperature above 37.2 degrees or with signs of SARS will not be able to work in classrooms (A temperature change is required for all employees before the shift.)

Working behind closed doors: how to reach notaries and lawyers?

Yes, since May 11, the Cabinet of Ministers has allowed the opening of dental offices and clinics.

In addition, as of May 5, the country was once again allowed to carry out previously postponed planned operations and provide emergency medical assistance. First of all, these are the cases:

  • complicated pregnancy and childbirth, the provision of other medical assistance to pregnant women, women in labor, newborns;
  • palliative care in the hospital;
  • assistance to cancer patients;
  • other urgent and urgent measures for hospitalization and planned operations, if as a result of your transfer (delay) there is a significant risk to life.

Additionally, all patients planning to hospitalize or undergo surgery will undergo mandatory testing for the presence of coronavirus using the PCR method.

Patients will be hospitalized in those health facilities where less than half of the beds intended for patients with COVID-19 are occupied.

And what is still impossible?

The government extended the quarantine of all Ukraine until at least May 22. Until this date (and possibly more) the following prohibitions remain in effect:

  • holding massive events;
  • mobile groups of more than 2 people;
  • stay in public places without masks and respirators;
  • staying in public places for unaccompanied children (under 14 years old);
  • leave without documents;
  • try to leave places of self-isolation or observation without permission.
