A fire broke out in the parliament building in the Kyrgyz capital, which was taken over by protesters. This was announced on Tuesday, October 6, by the public Sputnik Kyrgyzstan.

It is noted that the fire spread from the office on the fourth floor of the building and soon spread to other floors.

According to the 24.kg agency, three fire brigades arrived at the scene. The protesters themselves, who are involved outside, and the firefighters, inside the building, help put out the fire. In this case, a strong wind makes it difficult to extinguish the fire.

At the same time, the cause of the fire was not reported.

It should be remembered that thousands of protest actions are being carried out in the capital of the republic, in which, according to the organizers, representatives and supporters of 11 political parties of the 16 participants in the parliamentary elections participate.

Water cannons, tear gas and stun grenades were soon used against the protesters.
