Exchange rates on November 24: hryvnia slowed the decline

NBU set official exchange rates for Tuesday

In the interbank market, the exchange rate of the dollar for sale increased by 5 kopecks, up to 28.37 hryvnia per dollar, the exchange rate on purchase increased by 4 kopecks, up to 28.35 hryvnia per dollar.

The National Bank of Ukraine, on Tuesday, November 24, reduced the hryvnia rate by almost 1.5 kopecks against the dollar and by almost 13 kopecks against the euro. This is evidenced by the data on the NBU website on Monday, November 23.

Therefore, the official hryvnia exchange rate has been declining for the fourth day in a row, but has slowed its decline compared to the previous days.

The National Bank has established official exchange rates at the following level:

– 100 US dollars – 2,836.94 hryvnia (+0.0141 UAH)

– 100 euros – 3375.53 hryvnia (+0.1287 UAH).

In the interbank foreign exchange market, the exchange rate of the dollar for sale increased by 5 kopecks, to 28.37 hryvnia per dollar, the exchange rate for purchase increased by 4 kopecks, up to 28.35 hryvnia per dollar. The exchange rate of the euro for sale increased by 7 kopecks to 33.68 hryvnia per euro.

As a reminder, this week the dollar is expected to rise against the hryvnia. This forecast was expressed by Vadim Iosub, senior analyst at Alpari.
