Erdogan responded to accusations of supporting Azerbaijan
The United States, Russia and France have not completed negotiations on a peaceful agreement in Nagorno-Karabakh for 30 years, the Turkish leader said.
The authorities of the United States, Russia and France, at the head of the OSCE Minsk Group, provide all kinds of arms support to Armenia. This was stated by Turkish President Recep Erdogan, Anadolu news agency reported.
According to Erdogan, the United States, Russia and France for 30 years have not completed the negotiations in the format of the Minsk Group on the peaceful resolution of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh.
The Turkish leader expressed his support for Azerbaijan in the conflict, but stressed that it does not supply weapons to the Azerbaijani army. “We are praying for them. We hope they succeed,” he said.
Earlier, US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that the US is aware of the supply of the Azerbaijani army by Turkey. He called on third countries to refrain from participating in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
