In the message, the artist spoke about the verdict and what he thinks of his former lawyer Elman Pashaev.
Mikhail Efremov, sentenced to eight years for a fatal traffic accident in Moscow, wrote a letter from the remand center, in which he stated his regrets and what he thinks of his former lawyer Elman Pashayev. This was announced on Wednesday, September 16, reports RT.
According to Efremov, “what happened, happened”, and he accepted what happened as fate. At the same time, the actor assured that he does not remember anything since around 1:00 p.m. on the day of the accident.
“So the moral is simple: you need to drink less,” says a letter posted on the RT Telegram channel.
Speaking about Pashayev, Efremov suggested that he either did not understand at all how resonant the case was, or “understood a lot.”
“Nothing and sadly, you will not return anyone. It is, of course, terrible ”, concluded the actor.
Recall that the series “Vampires of the Middle Lane” with actor Mikhail Efremov, convicted of a fatal accident, will be re-homed, said artist Artem Tkachenko, who also played a role in the series.
The accident involving Mikhail Efremov occurred on June 8 at Smolenskaya Square in Moscow. The actor’s car entered the opposite lane at high speed and collided with a pickup truck driven by a messenger Sergei Zakharov. Later, Zakharov died in hospital. The analyzes showed the presence of alcohol and drugs in Efremov’s body.
The court sentenced Efremov to eight years in a general regime colony. In addition, the artist was deprived of his driving license for a period of three years and was also ordered to pay the son of the late Sergei Zakharov 800 thousand rubles.
