The period of struggles between national teams is over. Now, a full-size start to the new season of battles in the Ukrainian Premier League is being brought to the attention of those who are not indifferent to Ukrainian football. And immediately on the competition calendar there was a place for a tense showdown between Dynamo Kiev and Chernigov Desna at the NSC Olimpiyskiy field in the capital. There were still fresh memories of the recent fight between the “blanquiazules” and the “norteños” for the second final row of the 2019/20 season, so at least the continuation of the football show was expected from the opening match of the second round of the new season of the Ukrainian Premier League.
There was little news about the Eurocup competition that would start early on the Chernihiv team’s debut during national team matches. Alexander Ryabokon’s team rushed into the new season, having won a confident home win over Luhansk Zorya (3: 1). Yes, the match schedule in Desna in the first two rounds was really difficult: only Donetsk Shakhtar was missing for the entire gallery of the Ukrainian beau monde, but the match with the champion in Chernihiv is planned only for the sixth round.
At the same time, the Dynamo started with a fairly quiet victory over Donetsk Olympic (4: 1), so the pause of the national team matches was dedicated to continuing Lucescu’s efforts to change the game for the Blue and Whites. ”.
