The Brazilian “Palmeiras” presented last year’s financial statements, according to the results of which it was clear how much the Ukrainian clubs Dynamo and Shakhtar owed Che Che and Vitao, respectively, to this club.
The “whites and blues” are due to “Palmeiras” 6.5 million Brazilian reals, which is equivalent to just over 950 thousand euros. Previously it was reported that the Ukrainian club appealed to the Brazilian with a request to defer the next payment by Che Che due to the coronavirus pandemic, to which Palmeiras responded with approval.
Shakhtar owes Palmeiras another 4.5 million Brazilian reals (about 715 thousand euros) for the transfer of central defender Vitao, which took place in September last year.
Remember, Dynamo bought Che Che from Palmeiras for 4.8 million euros, and later sold the player to São Paulo for 5 million, but is now suing this club due to violation of the contract payment schedule. Vitao was transferred to Shakhtar for € 4m, and the transfer obviously also involves several stages in making the payments.
