Earlier Tuesday, director Oleg Sentsov announced Balukh’s beating. He said the victim had a broken arm and clavicle. Later it became known that Balukh was beaten on the territory of the Kiev hydropark. According to the police, his phone and bank card were missing.
Later, doctors said he was in a serious and constant condition.
