The Constitutional Court of Ukraine, by its decision to declare unconstitutional the article of the Criminal Code on the punishment for lying in statements, violated the Constitution of Ukraine. Furthermore, the KSU has placed Ukrainian society in an uncomfortable position.

Responding to the question of whether he believes that the Constitutional Court violated the Constitution, Kravchuk replied: “Of course.”

Kravchuk also explained that President Volodymyr Zelensky presented a bill that proposed to remove the entire composition of the Constitutional Court, because the situation demanded it.

Following the Constitutional Court’s decision to testify, Zelensky submitted to the Rada a bill on the termination of the powers of all constitutional judges.
The bill, presented by the president as urgent, will be considered by the Servant of the People faction on November 2. The KSU said that this document has signs of a hit.
