Police have completed an investigation into a 21-year-old student who commits vandalism in the Alley of Hundred Heavenly Heroes in Kiev.

This was reported by the press secretary of the National Police, Oksana Blishik.

According to her, the capital’s Pechersk district police completed a pre-trial investigation in a criminal proceeding into the hooligan actions of a student from one of Kiev’s universities, who alleviated the need for a commemorative stele in the Alley of the Heroes of the Hundred Celestials.

On Monday, the case will be transferred to the Kiev Pechersk District Court.

This rapid documentation and investigation is due both to the resonance of the fact and to the fact that the actions of the suspect are a criminal offense, which is investigated under a simplified procedure, as opposed to a criminal offense.
