Musician Alexandra Derevyanko, who was murdered in his apartment, strangled with the neck of a guitar. The suspects are a 35-year-old fitness coach Denis Mamedov, who took guitar lessons from the deceased, and his accomplice, a 31-year-old Luhansk native Yuri Tumansky.
On this, referring to sources in the Ministry of the Interior, he writes “Strana”. According to the interlocutors of the publication, the physically strong Mamedov strangled the musician without difficulty.
Then he and Tumansky, a graduate of the Lugansk Institute of Internal Affairs research faculty, packed the victim’s body in polyethylene so there was no odor and took it to a garage cooperative in Boryspil.
However, the criminals did not have time to fill the body with concrete, as planned. The arrests of the suspects were carried out by agents of the Department of Strategic Investigations, the police and the prosecution.
According to “Strana”, to kill Derevianko and take possession of his property, Mamedov got musician confidence: He said he supposedly wanted to learn to play the guitar and propose to a girl in a romantic setting.
Mamedov agreed with his friend Yuri that Derevyanko would be killed, and then the body would be taken to the garage Tumansky rented in Boryspil and filled with cement: then the chances of finding the murdered would be slim. Also, the criminals planned to stage Derevyanko’s departure to the “LPR”, be considered missing in uncontrolled territory.
During one of the guitar lessons, the physically strong Mamedov strangled the musician. Tumansky and Mamedov were taken from Derevyanko’s apartment on I. Mazepa Street in Kiev. valuable guitars and documents for two departments. They planned to forge donations on behalf of the victim and resell the property.
The suspects received a suspicion under the article “Preliminary conspiracy murder of a group of people.” They are threatened life imprisonment.
