The bill is based on the 25th Amendment to the Constitution, which allows Congress to remove the president if the majority of cabinet members and the vice president deem him incapable of fulfilling his duties.
Trump himself, in response to the initiative of the Democrats, called the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Congress Nancy Pelosi “crazy Nancy”, who she herself should be placed under surveillance.
Trump’s treating physician, Sean Conley, said the president is healthy and can return to full-time work on Saturday, including public activities.
