“The claims are not our organization, nor our parish. We make the appropriate decision. We make decisions that are established either by presidential decree, or we give protocol instructions, for which the members of the Security and National Defense Council vote,” he replied. .

The NSDC decided today to apply the maximum possible restrictions against 19 companies that use the Ukrainian subsoil. The media, as well as former people’s deputy Sergei Leshchenko, wrote that they belong to Fuchs. Fuchs himself called this information false.

Fuchs was born in Kharkov, lived for a long time in Russia, where he earned his capital. In 2017, he told reporters that he no longer has assets in the Russian Federation and renounced Russian citizenship as received a new Ukrainian passport in 2015.
