CD Projekt Red has released details of a major 1.2 update for Cyberpunk 2077.
The update aims, in particular, to improve the behavior of police officers, who “should not appear behind the player’s back”. In version 1.2, the cops will act as if they “went to the scene of the crime after someone reported it” and will use a recon drone to assess the situation.
The update will offer better vehicle handling, especially when using the keyboard and mouse. The traffic sensitivity setting appears, allowing you to reduce the speed at which you change direction.
“The low frame rate made the machine difficult to operate. The cause turned out to be a piece of code that did not handle sudden changes in frame rate correctly. Now the frequency of 20 to 60 frames per second will not affect the rate of direction change in any way, ”CDPR said in a statement.
Includes the ability to “move the car” to overcome some obstacles and additional control settings, including the ability to “unleash avoidance by pressing the move key twice.”
