Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba called for Russia to be held accountable for the cyber attack on the Norwegian parliament. Ukraine is ready to strengthen cooperation with Norway and other partners to counter cyber threats.

“Russia must take responsibility … Euro-Atlantic solidarity and mutual support are key to countering the challenges of a hybrid war,” Kuleba stressed.
Let us remind you that yesterday Norwegian Foreign Minister Ine Eriksen Soreide accused Russia of a cyber attack on the Norwegian parliament. The hacker attack took place on August 24, when Parliament’s email was broken.
RBC-Ukraine also wrote that in August Britain accused Russia of hacking the email of the country’s former Trade Minister Liam Fox, as well as stealing secret documents. The aforementioned cyberattacks took place on the eve of the 2019 parliamentary elections.
Furthermore, European Union ambassadors recently approved sanctions against those involved in a cyber attack on the German parliament. Russia is suspected of being involved in these cyber attacks.
