Ukraine plans hinder the cooperation of a large international company with Russia on water desalination works in temporarily occupied Crimea.
This statement was made on December 24 on the air of Ukraine 24 by Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba. He noted that plans to involve an international company in supplying fresh water to the peninsula were previously denounced by the “authority” for the illegal occupation of Crimea.

“I am not aware of any unhealthy water supplies in Crimea that they may develop,” he added.
The Foreign Minister noted that the main reason for the shortage of fresh water in Crimea is militarization the occupier of the peninsula of Ukraine.
