The team of the Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny launched the site “Freedom to Navalny”, in which he published a cartographic image of the Russian Federation. The temporarily occupied territory of Crimea is shown within Russia.
He said he had a conversation with Navalny chief of staff Leonid Volkov, explaining that such an image was unacceptable. Chubarov also suggested correcting the map and aligning the borders of the Russian Federation with the internationally recognized borders of Ukraine.
“Mr. Volkov explained the impossibility of the proposed correction,” Chubarov wrote.
At the same time, he stressed that he “does not want the transuvati arguments” that were raised at the Navalny headquarters.

Earlier, the Czech president called Navalny a nationalist and said he supported the annexation of Crimea.
