During a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada factions on Saturday, November 28, they agreed on a bill on the appointment of the head of the National Anti-Corruption Office of Ukraine (NABU). Consultations on the draft law on the Constitutional Court of Ukraine (CCU) will continue.

This was stated by the head of the Servants of the People faction, David Arakhamia, in a briefing, reports the RBK-Ukraine correspondent.

“We are talking about NABU, there is a total agreement, that is, all the factions expressed their support for the bill,” he said.

According to him, consultations on the Constitutional Court of Ukraine are still ongoing.

“We will decide on the electronic declaration on Monday. And according to the KSU itself, the most compromised bill now appears that the KSU’s decision should be taken by two-thirds of the composition,” he said.

The voting time for the return of the electronic return will be determined after the bill is approved by the committee.

“There should be some kind of compromise version on the return of the electronic declaration next week,” Arahamia said.

He also confirmed the Verkhovna Rada’s plans to pass the law on the state budget for 2021 by the end of next week or in a week.

As RBC-Ukraine reported, in the Verkhovna Rada on Saturday, November 28, a meeting of the chairmen of the factions was planned. It was expected to take place with the participation of Prime Minister Denis Shmygal and the head of the President’s Office Andrei Yermak.
