Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Health Irina Mykychak said the cost of treatment for coronavirus infection in the country’s hospitals ranges from $ 11 to $ 370 per patient per day.

According to her, almost 20-30% of those in hospitals with coronavirus require intensive care.
“The state assumes medical treatment through a medical grant, and in April this treatment will be financed by the package of medical guarantees program of the national service of Ukraine,” said the deputy minister.
Previously, Mykichak stated that the outbreak of infection with the new coronavirus COVID-19 in Ukraine after the Easter holidays could be five to ten days.
