During the past day, most cases of coronavirus infection were detected in the Kharkiv, Odessa, Zhytomyr, Lviv, Sumy, Kiev, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi regions, as well as in Kiev.
This is evidenced by data from the National Defense and Security Council.
Most cases of infection were recorded in the Kharkiv region: 595.
In Kiev, 385 new cases of infection were found per day.
In the Odessa region, the coronavirus was diagnosed in 350 people per day.
The daily incidence record was recorded in the Zhytomyr region: 308 new cases.
In the Lviv region, the diagnosis was confirmed in 259 people per day.
In the Sumy region, 254 cases of coronavirus infection were detected per day.
In the Kiev region, 240 new cases of infection were registered.
In the Khmelnytsky region, 217 people were diagnosed with coronavirus per day.
In the Chernivtsi region, the disease was found in 207 people.
In total, in Ukraine, the coronavirus was diagnosed in 4,766 per day, 1,112 patients were recovered, 66 died.
