On Sunday, as is almost always the case on weekends, the daily increase in confirmed cases of infection fell.
During the past day, 2,675 cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed in Ukraine, 672 people recovered. This is clear from the data published on the morning of Monday, September 21 on the NSDC map.
Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 178,353 people have fallen ill. 3,583 patients with COVID-19 have already died (26 of them during the last day). 78,184 people (+672) have recovered since the start of the pandemic. 96 586 patients remain active patients.
Most new cases of the disease were detected in the Kiev (+275), Kharkov (+245), Lviv (+201), Ternopil (+192) and Khmelnytsky (+192) regions.
By the way, the day before 2,966 new cases of infection were reported, 41 patients died.
In the world, according to the latest data, the number of coronavirus cases is close to 31 million.
