The Azerbaijani city of Ganja was attacked with rockets from the Armenian side. According to preliminary data, five people died, 35 were injured.

Hikmet Hajiyev, head of the foreign policy department of the Azerbaijani presidential administration, announced it on Twitter.

According to him, there are two children among the dead. More than 20 houses were destroyed.

Hajiyev posted a video showing the collapsed building.

“According to ANAMA, the missiles launched at Ganja are an operational-tactical SCUD / Elbrus ballistic missile. Fragments from the strike zone prove it,” Hajiyev wrote and posted a photo of the missiles.

It should be remembered that the agreement on an armistice in Nagorno-Karabakh was reached on the night of October 10 during negotiations between the Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers. But almost immediately after the start of the truce in Nagorno-Karabakh, the parties to the conflict announced the breakdown of the agreements. Baku and Yerevan accused each other of bombings.

Earlier, Azerbaijan announced about the Armenian missile attack on Nakhichevan.

It was also reported that Armenia announced a large-scale offensive by Azerbaijan in the northern direction of the front line in Karabakh.

In addition, Azerbaijan accused the Armenian army of the new bombardment of civilians in the Terter region.
