The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, began his official visit to Ukraine, during which he will meet with the head of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
According to OBOZREVATEL, Michel will spend two days in our country, from March 2 to 3. You will start your business trip with a trip to Donbass.
In Donbas, Michel will meet with representatives of the Joint Forces Operation and the follow-up mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Later there will be a joint press conference between Michel and Zelensky.
On March 3, the President of the Council of Europe will meet in Kiev with representatives of institutions that fight against corruption. You will also visit the vaccination center and participate in events near the monument in Plaza de la Independencia. In addition, there will be another joint press conference with Zelensky.
Recall that Zelensky and the Western ambassadors made a working visit to Donbass to familiarize themselves with the situation on the front line and to speak with the defenders who are serving on the Russian-Ukrainian front.
