The CEC anticipates difficulties in completing the vote tally protocol at a polling station, as it takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes to enter the full names of the local political party organizations and the names of the candidates for deputies in a copy of the protocol. – if another member of the commission dictates the names of the candidates to the secretary of the commission.
To simplify the process, the CEC adopted a resolution that the full names of local party organizations and candidate names will be printed to reduce the time it takes to complete the protocol.
