KSU judges cannot meet for two days.

The Constitutional Court cannot gather a quorum; Consideration of a number of issues has been postponed, including the land market.

The Constitutional Court on Tuesday, November 10, as well as the day before, could not hold a session due to lack of a quorum, reports the court’s press service.

In this sense, the Constitutional Court postponed consideration of the presentation by a group of popular deputies on the interpretation of the concept of “decent living conditions”, as well as on the interpretation of the provisions on land ownership.

In addition, they postponed consideration of the issue of the opening of constitutional processes in the matter of special confiscation.

Let us remember that at the end of October, Zelensky presented to the Verkhovna Rada a bill on the restoration of public confidence in constitutional processes, described as “urgent”. The head of state asks to recognize the decision of the Constitutional Court of October 27 “null and void” and adopted in the context of a real conflict of interest.

Zelensky sees the voluntary resignation of the judges as a way out of the situation with the KSU.
