The UEFA Disciplinary Committee has announced the decision on violations during matches held under its auspices.
Shakhtar Donetsk received a € 15,000 fine for the late start of the Pitmen’s home game against Inter. In addition, Luis Castro must pay 5,000 in the same currency. UEFA decided to disqualify him for one match. This means that the away game against Borussia Mönchengladbach on November 25, the defending Ukrainian champions will play without a coach on the bench.
This punishment is due to the fact that Kashtra had a suspended sentence of one year, which she received after the same violation. This happened after the match against Wolsburg in the last Europa League. Later, the technician was also accused of delaying the start of the fight.
After three rounds of the Champions League group stage, the Pitmen are in second place in Quartet B, ahead of Real Madrid and Inter. The Ukrainian club has four points on the card after a victory over the “creamy” and a draw with the Italians.
