The Ministry of Social Policy proposed to the Rada to prohibit accepting inheritance to those who did not take care of their elderly relatives. This is indicated in the text of the bill.

The document, as reported by Judicial-Yuridicheskaya Gazeta, provides for the prohibition of inheritance until the cost of caring for an elderly person in an appropriate state institution is reimbursed.

People are not expected to have inheritance rights if they previously avoided caring for elderly relatives.

In addition, the bill proposes to amend the Civil Code in terms of reviewing the essence of lifelong maintenance and care. In exchange for this, the institution may claim the inheritance.

As OBOZREVATEL reported, Ukrainians can lose their right to a pension if there is an error in the spelling of their names in the work record book. An error in a workbook can only be corrected by the employer who made it. If the company does not exist now, corrections will have to be made through the court.
