Businessmen blocked the road in Chernivtsi

Kalinovsky market entrepreneurs demand to cancel the decision on the weekend quarantine.

In Chernivtsi, several hundred other businessmen from the Kalinovskiy market blocked traffic on Starozhuchkovskiy Put Street. According to Molbuk, some 300 people came out to protest against the weekend quarantine.

They walk continuously along the crosswalk, without letting traffic pass.

As a reminder, on November 14 the weekend quarantine in Ukraine went into effect. Until the end of November on weekends, the work of entertainment establishments, restaurants, cafes, gyms, non-grocery stores and shopping centers is prohibited.

To monitor compliance with quarantine rules, the police will increase the number of raid groups.

Several regional centers refuse to comply with the weekend quarantine rules, including Lviv, Dnipro, Ternopil, Rivne, Zhitomir, Cherkassy and some smaller cities.
