Britain to begin weakening quarantine from May 13

Coronavirus in the UK

The entertainment industry and public places have yet to open, but since June 1, they plan to open schools in Britain – the primary will be the first to win.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced the start of the weakening of the quarantine in the UK from May 13, reports BBC News.

According to Johnson, the first relaxation of the quarantine restrictions in Britain will begin on May 13, but it is too early to completely cancel the quarantine.

“Now is not the time to simply lift the restrictions this week. Instead, we are taking the first cautious steps to weaken our measures,” he said.

Then, starting May 13, the British will be able to go to work. Before this, he was only allowed to work from home.

“So work at home if you can, but you can go to work if you can’t work at home,” said the British prime minister.

Also, in the next stages of the quarantine weakening, the British government plans to allow part of the entertainment industry and other public places to work, but this will not happen until July. Starting in June 1, in Britain they plan to open schools; the primaries will win first.
