As a result of the complication of weather conditions (snow, gusts of wind) from Saturday, December 26 morning, 357 settlements were de-energized in five regions of Ukraine, the press service of the State Emergency Service reported.

“At 7:00 a.m. on December 26, as a result of the complication of weather conditions (snow, gusts of wind) as a result of the operation of the power line protection system, 357 settlements were deactivated in 5 regions, namely : Poltava – 281, Sumy – 46, Donetsk – 15, Dnipropetrovsk – 13 and Chernivtsi – 2 “, – says the message.

Brigades of oblenergos have been involved in restoring the electricity supply.

We will remember, days before, 214 settlements in Ukraine were deactivated.

In general, for the holiday weekend, meteorologists promise light frosts at night and precipitation in the form of rain and sleet.
