He noted that a flight brigade and a medical team will be on duty at all points.
“They will be constantly ready for 15 to 20 minutes, and they will fly on tasks to be set by doctors on duty in case of emergency,” the minister said.
Avakov added that the system will also deal with “not just medicine.”
