In Ukraine, they plan to launch a full e-workbook job. The Verkhovna Rada adopted the corresponding bill No. 3623 “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Accounting of Employees’ Work Activity in Electronic Format”.

Reported by RBC-Ukraine.

283 deputies voted in favor of the document.

The law simplifies access to information on seniority, which means that pensions will be calculated automatically.

The project proposes to allocate a pension through a personal electronic account on the electronic services web portal of the Pension Fund. This can be done without a request from the person.

The insured register is formed and maintained by the Pension Fund. The inclusion of PFCs in the insured register for which information on the work activity of the employees is lacking must occur within five years from the date of entry into force of this law. The information will be sent by insured or insured.

After the completion of these jobs, the existing workbooks are delivered to the employees personally against their signature.

If the system lacks data on the time of service required for the appointment of an old-age pension, the territorial body of the Pension Fund is obliged to inform the insured about this and the need to present them.

The law suggests using information from the Insured Registry to confirm:

  • the employee’s main workplace according to the request submitted by him;
  • rights / inheritance to a part of the land (participation) of a member of a collective enterprise or other agricultural enterprise;
  • periods of study of people in institutions of higher education, as well as the education they received, the experience acquired;
  • internships for students and students of institutions of higher and professional education;
  • take the oath of official, prosecutor, local government official; assignment, change and deprivation of the rank of public official;
  • assignment, change or deprivation of the diplomatic rank of a diplomatic official;
  • information on the labor activity of candidates for the positions of members of the government, member of the Chamber of Accounts, member of the Higher Council of Justice, prosecutors, director of the Ukrainian Book Institute;
  • issuance, renewal and registration of certificates of incapacity for work and the like.

Recall that at the beginning of June, the Cabinet of Ministers proposed changes that would allow the launch of a complete work of electronic workbooks. The government presented this bill to the Rada.

As RBC-Ukraine wrote, previously the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Denis Shmygal said that a pension funded in Ukraine could appear from January 1, 2021.
