In the Netherlands, during a break in a court hearing in the case of the MH17 crash, there was a skirmish in the ladies’ room. The participants in the skirmish were a relative of one of the victims and the lawyer of Oleg Pulatov, suspected of delivering a Buk air defense missile system in the area.
The incident was reported by the Dutch newspaper Leeuwarder Courant, citing lawyer Boudewijn van Eyck.
According to van Eyck, during a short break, his colleague Sabine ten Dusshate got into a fight with the victim. The latter allowed the defender to say too much. According to van Eyck, this was the result of “unnecessarily offensive” and even inflammatory expressions against lawyers admitted by prosecutors.
The newspaper writes that ten Dusshatte did not show up at the court hearing after the fight. The judge said that such treatment of lawyers is unacceptable.
The claim for the MH17 accident is still pending.
As Strana reported, in September Pulatov claimed that he did not participate in the missile launch from the Buk air defense system.
And in early November, the court heard detailed testimony from a suspected Russian.
