On November 1, armored all-terrain vehicles with machine guns and water cannons appeared in the center of Minsk. The team is assembling ahead of the planned Belarusian rally against Alexander Lukashenko.

This was reported on the Telegram channel TUT.BY.

A protest action called “Dzyady” (“Ancestors”) is scheduled in Minsk on Sunday to coincide with the day of remembrance, which is celebrated in Belarus on November 2.

As RBC-Ukraine reported, on October 31 a march of women and people with disabilities took place in Minsk. At first, in the capital of Belarus, it was planned to hold two separate protests against the Alexander Lukashenko regime, but then girls who participated in the women’s action joined the march of disabled people.

Let us remind you that this week Alexander Lukashenko launched new threats against the protesters. He said he had no plans to “take prisoners.” Those who block the railroad or hang the white-red-white flag are trying to destroy and destabilize infrastructure, he said.

During large-scale protests in Belarus on October 25, security agents detained several hundred protesters.
