Andrey Bogdan told Sobchak about Zelensky’s hoax

The former head of the President’s Office, Andriy Bogdan, told how Vladimir Zelensky did not fulfill the obligations assigned to Vladimir Putin.

In an interview with Russian television host Ksenia Sobchak, she explained her words that Ze had “thrown out” the Russian president (Bogdan had previously used this term in an interview with Dmitry Gordon).

“The negotiating groups signed the documents, they were published on the Internet, and then these agreements were not fulfilled. They threw them away? Well, I don’t know, they did not fulfill their obligations. Maybe they should not have assumed them ourselves? Will you?” , – said Bogdan.

To a question to clarify whether these were obligations under the Minsk Accords, the former PO director replied: “Including yes.”

He specified that “the speech is about a negotiating group in which representatives of Ukraine will negotiate with representatives of the” LPR / DPR “”. That is, about the Advisory Council, which they tried to create in the spring.

“This negotiating group was never created,” Bogdan said.

The Advisory Council of the Minsk Group was supposed to include representatives of Ukraine and the “republics” of Donbass. On its own, this instrument was not a sensational thing (as Ukraine continued to reject key points of the Minsk agreements on a special status and border). However, after protests from the nationalists, the head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, repudiated the creation of the Council.
