Professional institutions (professional) education, before higher and higher education, regardless of the quarantine territory, the ministry will recommend the switch to distance education for the period from October 15 to November 15 with the mandatory departure of all students from hostels. At the same time, Shkarlet considers it necessary to return the living funds to the students who left the shelters from October 15 to November 15.
In addition, Shkarlet, together with the Minister of Health, Maxim Stepanov, intends to submit a proposal from the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Health to the Commission on BTE and Emergency Situations for it to consider recommendations to prepare an appropriate order. and adopt it at a government meeting on October 13.
However, Shkarlet emphasizes that preschool institutions will function as usual, taking into account all the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the head of state sanitary doctor.
Recall that during the last day, until October 11, coronavirus was found in Ukraine in 4,768 people, 937 patients recovered and 85 died.
In total, during the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 261,034 people fell ill, of which 113,507 recovered, deaths – 4972.
