It was preceded by an urgent meeting of the Security and National Defense Council called by the president on the occasion of the latest decision of the Constitutional Court to abolish responsibility for false information in statements.

Following the completion of the urgent meeting of the National Security and Defense Council, an emergency meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers began. This was announced Thursday night October 29 in the Office of the President.

It should be noted that all decisions will be reported in detail on the website of the President of Ukraine.

“The main thing is that at the meeting, the participants agreed that the latest decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine on Ukraine’s anti-corruption architecture pose a threat to national security,” the message says.

It is also reported that President Zelensky proposed to immediately register a bill in the Verkhovna Rada, which provides for the restoration of the virtue of constitutional justice in Ukraine.

An urgent meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was held in the Office of the President, which is now starting.

As reported, at a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council, Zelensky said that the electronic declaration system will work, despite the decision of the Constitutional Court.

Let us remember that previously, the judges of the Constitutional Court in closed session declared the criminal responsibility for inaccurate declaration unconstitutional. Subsequently, the EU reacted to the decision of the Constitutional Court on declarations.
