Almost 650,000 people recovered from COVID in Ukraine

Official incidence statistics are improving

During the last day, 4,300 more people were cured of the coronavirus than they got sick. The number of active cases is gradually decreasing.

In Ukraine, during the last day, more patients with coronavirus recovered than those who fell ill, according to data from the Ministry of Health on Friday, December 25.

So, 11,035 new cases of COVID-19 were detected per day. In particular, 484 children and 388 health workers fell ill. Hospitalized – 2739 people. In total, 1,012,167 people fell ill.

At the same time, 15,337 patients recovered per day and for the entire time: 646,772 people.

In addition, 186 deaths from the disease were recorded per day. Since the start of the pandemic, 17,581 patients have died.

58,874 tests were performed per day: 37,873 by PCR, 21001 by ELISA.

Throughout the entire time, PCR tests were performed: 5,428,825.
