At the end of the second leg of the Italian Cup semi-final between Juventus and Inter, the managers of both clubs had a dispute, which will be the subject of a procedure by the Italian Football Prosecutor’s Office, summarizes Football Italia reports in the Italian media.

Conte did not stay in debt, and the couple’s passage through the tunnel under the stands was marked by mutual insults and showing the middle finger. Representatives of both clubs actively joined in this communication.
The incident was witnessed by the fourth official, Daniele Chiffi, who reported it to his boss, Maurizio Mariani.
At the post-match press conference, Conte, somewhat calm, pointed out that Juventus should show more respect for their opponents.
The Italian Football Federation intends to consider the head referee’s report and other materials in the case in rendering its verdict.

Such conflicts are considered serious violations of the disciplinary code and unsportsmanlike behavior. In this case, a minimum disqualification of two games is foreseen for the coach. For an official club representative, at least one month.
The maximum penalty can be very different and includes excommunication not only from Italian football, but also from European football.
Criminal liability is not excluded either, since the actions of both parties can be considered vandalism and an insult to public morals.
