Deputies of the ruling party Servant of the people wants to introduce a new tax for citizens on the development of culture. On Wednesday May 13, said the deputy head of the parliamentary faction of the People’s Servant Yevgeny Kravchuk.
According to her, the Verkhovna Rada will consider today a program to support the cultural sector, which has suffered due to the introduction of restrictions. The document provides, in particular, a reduction in movie theater rentals that cannot be opened during quarantine.
“And our next step is very important. It will be the introduction of a unique cultural gathering,” said Kravchuk.
As reported, President Vladimir Zelensky signed a law on a single account to pay taxes, simplifying calculations and helping to reduce the amount of obligations paid in error or unnecessarily.
