The official website of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is not available in Belarus.
The portal became unavailable around 9pm on Saturday, September 5. Perhaps it was hacked: local Telegram channels began to distribute a screenshot of a message posted on the website, signed «Belarusian Cyberpartisans ”.
«We, like our ancestors, started our partisan war against the police, the Gestapo, the occupation authorities and other collaborators. We call on all Belarusians, regardless of gender and age, religion and profession, to join the fight, ”it was reported.
On September 3, hackers broke into the website of the Belarusian Interior Ministry and “declared” dictator Alyaksandr Lukashenka and Interior Minister Yuri Karaev on the wanted list.
The Interior Ministry announced an attempt «the introduction of malicious programs that block or modify the operation of a series of information resources of the Ministry of the Interior ”.
Before that, a white, red and white flag and photographs of the head of the department, Viktor Sheiman, with Verka Serdyuchka’s headdress, appeared on the website of the Office of the President of Belarus for some time.
In Belarus, a wave of protests and strikes began following the unprecedented fraud in the presidential elections on August 9. Belarusians are demanding new fair and transparent elections. The opposition created a Coordination Council for the transfer of power, the regime of dictator Alexander Lukashenko in response began criminal prosecution of the council members.
Lukashenko has already agreed with Russian President Vladimir Putin that in his first request «will help ensure security ”in Belarus.
Since the beginning of the mass protests in Belarus, the dictator has never stopped accusing other countries, in particular Ukraine, of interfering in the internal affairs of Belarus.
During the dispersal of the anti-government demonstrations, several protesters were killed, some seven thousand were arrested in the first days alone. Stun grenades, tear gas, rubber bullets were used against the protesters and they were brutally beaten.
The EU did not recognize the election results and vowed to impose sanctions on Belarusian officials involved in electoral fraud and massive crackdowns on peaceful protesters as soon as possible.
