The memorial is shaped like a rock. It is made of concrete to protect it from vandals and is installed where intruders fired.

In the village of Glevakha, in the Fastovsky district of the Kiev region, a commemorative sign was unveiled at the place of death of ATO participant Amina Okueva, who served in the ranks of the Kiev-2 police battalion. This was reported by the Interior Ministry on Thursday, December 3.

“Irina Kaminskaya, mother of Amina Okueva, said that the monument was made in the shape of a rock, it was molded of concrete to protect it from vandals and was installed in the place from where the attackers fired at Amina,” the ministry’s website said. .

In turn, the Vice Minister of the Interior Anton Gerashchenko Anton Gerashchenko pointed out that in the most difficult moments for Ukraine, Amina Okueva defended the country’s defense, and recalled that this year the attackers who were suspected of murdering her were arrested.

“The main suspect, Igor Redkin, is now under investigation, and the case is ready to be sent to court. Tomorrow the court will continue with the containment measure for him. We have information about a possible provocation that the suspect will feel bad for getting him out of court. However, we are ready for such “provocations,” Gerashchenko added.

We will recall that on October 30, 2017, Amina Okueva was killed during the second attempt at the railway crossing near the town of Glevakha in the Kiev region. Her husband Adam Osmayev was injured. His car was shot with machine guns.

And on January 12, 2020, the Kiev region prosecutor’s office announced the arrest of the suspects in Okueva’s murder. The criminals were also reportedly responsible for two more commissioned killings.
