To establish the final cause of death, the boy’s body was sent for a forensic medical examination, police added.

“It was previously established that the man with a knife inflicted several injuries on the child, after which he set fire to the bed in which the child was. , – said in the message.

In the near future, the detainee will be informed of the suspicion. He faces a punishment of up to life in prison.

“As part of the pre-trial investigation, all the circumstances of the incident will be established and, after receiving the conclusions of the experts, it is possible to obtain additional legal qualifications,” added the police officer.
