Ukraine’s Justice Minister Denis Malyuska calls the Democratic Ax political party a “children’s group” over his claim for a $ 7 billion court-martial.
The head of the Ministry of Justice, Malyuska, wrote about it on Facebook.

He said he would not comment on the court’s decision, but noted that in the PrivatBank v. Surkis on February 20, 2020 (three years after the trial began), the Pechersk District Court “clarified” its preliminary ruling, in fact simply by repeating its content.
“Children”, as Demosokir called the minister, does not agree with this statement. In particular, one of the founders of the party, Anton Shvets, stated the following:

Another member of the Demsokiri political council, Alexander Noynets, replied to the minister:

The party believes the minister deliberately set out to protect the interests of PrivatBank in the case against Surkis in order to lose it.

It should be noted that the party held meetings in court in the PrivatBank case and initially considered that “clarifying the court in three years” was illegal.
