On Thursday, September 17, a fire broke out on the territory of the military training camp in Devichki, in the Kiev region. The fire started in the forest around 2:00 p.m.
This was reported by the press service of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Firefighters from military unit A2399 immediately rushed to the scene.
Currently, the servicemen of the A2399 military unit, the State Emergency Service, the National Guard and foresters are involved in putting out the fire.
In total, 120 military personnel and three units of firefighting equipment were involved in eliminating the spread of fire on the territory of the test site.
“Dear residents of the military city, keep calm, follow fire safety and stay home if possible,” the message reads.
We will recall, earlier in the north of the Czech Republic there was a fire in warehouses with ammunition out of service.
In addition, a fire broke out in a one-story warehouse building in Dnipro on the territory of one of the companies.
